cable routing and noise

Hey all,

Are there any particular spots I should worry about when I'm routing my cables in terms of noise? I was thinking that, for instance, maybe the sATA plug might not like being flush up against the motherboard. Things like that. If so, which cables would be succeptible (mostly data cables I'd assume), and where should I avoid routing them? Maybe there are even some cables that would be good sources of noise? I mean to focus on noise and interference, and not the more obvious things like putting cables flush up against a heat sink.
