Saving attachments received via e-mail inbox

Windows Mobile 2003 (HP iPAQ h6315). I have my
e-mail inbox set up with an IMAP server, and checked the option to download
attachments to my SD card. However, when I open a mail with an attachment,
while I can see the attachment, I cannot download it. It's greyed out and
doesn't let me grab it. I do have "download message headers only", but when
I changed it to download full message, it didn't help (couldn't retrieve the
attachments in e-mail already download). Further, when I click and hold the
message to say download message (what I do to download the full message
after it got the header), that option is greyed and doesn't work for
messages with attachments.

Am I missing something?
