Is ther a ONE WAY SYNCH with AS 3.7?

Hi,

Synchronizing my OUTLOOK calendar on my laptop (XP Pro) with my IPAQ works
fine only from my IPAQ to OUTLOOKon my laptop . Any new item added on my
IPAQ is automatically added to OUTLOOK on my laptop.
However any new item added in OUTLOOK on my laptop is reported as a 'not
synchronized' item by AS 3.7, but is not added in my IPAQ calendar!
Is there a good reason for that ?
Any suggestion will be welcome

Or you might try a detect and repair on Outlook. It should not work that
way, so something is amiss.
