i'm unable to maintain a level rollout. most of the time i either pitch
up or down when i level off. is there a method to level the turn ?

Yes, watch the real or artificial horizon and keep it in the same place all
round. after 360 degrees you should hit your own slipstream. I am not sure
if they do that effect in the sim. :)

The mechanics of level turn requires elevator input during the turn. If you
keep the elevator setting the same during turn as level flight, aircraft
will loose altitude. Remember the little diagram that shows banked aircraft
and its lift components?

http://www.mppaonline.com/instruction/Ground%20School%20002.htm

Aircraft needs to generate more lift to turn. You need to pull back on the
stick a little as you turn. When you rollout, push the stick back to where
you had it before the turn. But, the elevator setting needs to be changed
at the different rate.

The rate differs because the transition from stable level flight
configuration into stable turn configuration and back to stable flight
configuration is different. The main problem is the increased lift you need
to generate for the turn.

Increased lift is equal to increased drag.

As aircraft go into turn, it has some momentum energy that can be used to
overcome initial increased drag. But by the time aircraft comes out of the
turn, drag has taken away some of the energy away. You are flying slower.
So as you roll out, your pitch will not be quite the same as you first went
into a turn. Pitch need to be reduced as aircraft regain speed to keep the
flight path level.

The flight dynamics of a turn is quite complex. Practice it over and over
and soon you will get the hang of it.

Also I forgot to say, that with a steep turn you must add some throttle to
give that extra lift. It may help you a little in a normal turn too, if you
are losing height
