Folder Properties After SP2

I installed XP-SP2 last week and the install went fine. However, ever since
then whenever I click on Properties of Sharing and Security on the context
menu of a folder nothing happens. If I do this for a drive or a file I get
the expected dialog, but for a folder - nothing. If anyone has a clue why
this is happening (or better yet, how to fix it) I would love to hear about
it.
