Both are good. The Zalman is a bit bigger, but they are pretty similar cooling wise and performance wise, as well as price wise. I'd probably go Zalman if you have the room, or wait for the Accelero, which should be out soon.

Zalman makes great products, I haven't personally had either cooler though. Although I am looking to get the NV Silencer 5 because I liked the design and it pushes air OUT of the case through the back. The Accelero's are a good choice too, although they keep air inside of your case and from a couple of benchmarks I've seen they only have a couple of degrees performance difference over the Silencer series, but it is a better performance difference nonetheless.

I managed to get on my hands last week an Accelero X2 for my beasty X1900XT, and believe me, it does a fine job considering how hot it got on the stock cooler... it came out of a game at 75C once and then with the Accelero, the load temps stayed around 60-65C, reduced by ten degrees at least! Not too mention that i can't hear it over my case fans.
