How do i prevent this error.. my run PC tooo.. slow. and hang really bad..
what the cause of this error is it my HDD or MB or software?
Im using ASUS P4P800 MB, 1GB of ram, 80GB SATA and 40GB PATA both 7200RPM, i'm using windows xp.

try taking out your ram and blow all the dust off of it and the ram slot also check power connectors on the hard drive
