Depressing Windows-delay write Failure help before it kill me" lol ".
How do i prevent this error.. my run PC tooo.. slow. and hang really bad..
what is the cause of this error is it my HDD or MB or software?
Im using ASUS P4P800 MB, 1GB of ram, 80GB SATA and 40GB PATA both 7200RPM, i'm using windows xp.
hard drive bout to die back up now 
right click my computer click mange
open disk management what erros are there on your list of hard drives?
