Any thoughts on the 450w Fortron being able to do the job here? I know the MB is on the lower side of things, but I don't need SLI and ASUS is reliable. I have the backup storage space and DVD burner already.

Good and bad feedback are exceedingly and equally welcome!

for low cost you can get an Antec case with 450 watt power supply for around $80, and i would recomend you get some ram 1 gig of Cas 2 or 2 gigs of the value ram at cas 2.5 , also spend about $10 on the floppy and you can get one that has a card reader built into it as well, because well floppy's are pretty much worthless, i don't think i've used one in about 5 years.

Thanks, ended up with 2gb OCZ RAM and upped the PSU to a 550w Antec.

Didn't end up being super low cost, but $1350 before $55 in rebates without a monitor isn't bad considering the system I ended up with.
