Help: BSOD Twice

Hey, i just got BSOD 2 times, and they were 2 different ones, both occured while i was playing GTAIV.

Anyone have any experience with any of these? Please help my PC.
Also i did just Overclock my CPU for the first time, do you think that has anything to do with it? OC'd to 3.66 from 2.67

Yes Overclocking your CPU could have caused this. Put the clocks back to stock and see if everything is stable again.

Check the temps of your system too when OCing.
