hey all friends,
yeh maybe my topic is really shock, but I just wondered the truth in Tomshardware 's test??!!! :? . Idonnt intend to say something bad about the tests, because I visit other sites which also did the same tests with the same benchmark tools. the results are different....Also with my own computer, same hardware, but the result( without overlocking) is far behind the tomshardware's tests  ...So what is the reason for these differenties??
I glad to receive your opinions .
Thnks

What tests?

Videocard Overclocking? That's sometimes luck of the draw.

FPS? System setups can vary, and there are numerous factors as to why your results won't match Toms, baring 100% identical hardware and software setup.

There are times I've gone "Huh?" with a test, but in general, if all the results are on a similar scale, chances are they're doing it right.

Fear on High with 4X AA matched within 4 FPS, which is a good margin of error.

The low res stuff was different resolution (1024x768 for THG, 1280x1024 for Anand), and other settings looked different as well.

Plus, sometimes they use custom demos to prevent companies from "rigging" the test. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
