Do *NOT* pay $280 dollars for a 6800GT, as 7800GTs are avail for $265, and now the 7900GT (essentially a 7800GTX running 5-10% faster) should be available for $299...

If you are going to be gaming, assuming you are given your choice of video cards, take the previous posters advice and get the 7800 or 7900 series card for less than $50 more.
Also, get an LCD panel with an 8ms response time. The 12ms panels are already a bit dated and will ghost slightly more than the 8ms ones during fast action.

what's the point of this? the enermax liberty should have 24pins already. get a case without the power supply. or set aside the one that comes with the case but do not use a 20-24pin power cable.
i live in calgary and there are two place in canada where i buy my computer products.
1- www.memoryexpress.com cheap and they have many locations in alberta. built 3 systems off them in the last 4 months and have YET to come across a defective product.
2- www.tigerdirect.ca more money then the first one " a x2 3800 is selling for 95 $ more here then the first place. " but when they have sales OMG do they sell cheap. Picked up a sapphire x700 pro last fall for 90$ canadian for my server.
