Best cooler/heatsink for AMD 754?

I have an Athlon 64 3000+ and a Thermaltake Venus 7+ right now, but I might be upgrading my CPU to a 3700+ soon.
What would be the best cooling solution for that, not including water. :?:

I got an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro - runs my sempron 3000+ at between 28 and 34 'C - not "really" loaded it yet though, but with figures like these I ain't complaining.
