Recommend me a SILENT card with fan

I have a Gigabyte gf 6800 128Mb silent pipe now and the only excellent thing about this card is the low noise level which is between 0 and 1 dB. I don´t have to tell you about the awful heatissue.

Even though I am almost allergic to noise I still want to play FEAR which I cant with this card(not for more than 10 minutes at a time). So I want a good card around 300 bucks that is silent with good coolingsystem.

look at a artic cooling setup for your vid card they are not that expensive
and really silent

Arctic cooling stuff will still be at least 24db or so, even in low fan modes.

You should look into cheap water cooling like the thermaltake tide water, but even that spits out 17db.

I don't know if today's newest cards can be 100% passively cooled (available stock anyway), they put out alot of heat.
