Quadro FX540 with GeForce 6800 for 3 monitors? Will thiswork

I have a Nvidia Quadro FX540 card, which offers 2 monitors, but Im looking for a card to be able to add a 3rd monitor. Would it be advised to get another of the same type and model, or can I use any card without problems> Like a geForce 6800. Guess Ill have to try and see.

Well, I'm assuming your motherboard has another PCI-e x16 slot. I would do this: get a cheap PCI card...
