I have a 6800 gs and waswondering how far i can overclock it. I have it OCed at 500 mhz clock and 1.15 ghz ram clock speed now and was wondering if I could safely push it farther?

EDIT: I also want to add that its running aout 45 degrees celcius after 5 or 6 hours of Battlefield 2 on all high settings.

I have my 2 in SLI running 515MHz Core and 1250MHz Memory w/ Low to No Artifacting. I can get core to 565MHz and 1300MHz Memory but with heavy artifacting.

There was a problem today with my over clock i bumped it up to 525 core and 1.25 memory to test it out and then I ran the test and it said the test failed and now the test fails on even the tiniest overclock.

well i got it back up to about the same speed after about 5 reboots with no artifacts but honestly performance increase is minimal.

Thats Unbeliveable OverClocking
Not for a PCI-e 6800GS. pretty much all the reviews of them get to at least 500Mhz. I read one review that got 540. All with the stock cooler.

Mine can get somewhere around 510 before I hit artifacts in 3dmark. Most games would probably still be artifact-free, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this.

I'm getting a VGA silencer, and I'll probably do a voltmod and increase VGpu a little (though not as much as I did for my 9800Pro, if wusy's reading this  )

I will, of course, post back with results.
