ncq question

I have a seagate sata2 80gb drive with ncq on a Asrock dualsata2 motherboard wich has the jmb360 sata2 controller. I looked at jmb's site and it says the controller supports ncq. So I seem to have all the requirements according to seagate's site http://www.seagate.com/support/kb/disc/faq/sata_ncq.html

Now how can i see if ncq is enabled ? I looked at both the drive and controller properties in device manager and I didn't find anything on ncq. I am running XP Pro sp2. I have the lastest drivers for motherboard and sata2 controller.

Here are 3 shots
first device manager ( I disabled firewire since i don't use it )

then controller properties ( my drive is connected to the jmicron controller )
