I have this as an ai traffic for Yeovilton,
AC#404,N28486,15%,1Hr,VFR,00:00:00,00:15:00,010,F,4513,EGDY,00:45:00,01:00:0
0,010,F,4514,EGDY
AC#404,N61168,46%,1Hr,VFR,00:15:00,00:30:00,010,F,0069,EGDY,01:14:51,01:29:5
1,010,F,0070,EGDY
AC#404,N90567,76%,1Hr,VFR,00:30:53,00:45:53,010,F,7281,EGDY,01:14:51,01:29:5
1,010,F,7282,EGDY
AC#404,N90533,26%,1Hr,VFR,00:45:53,01:00:53,010,F,7281,EGDY,01:14:51,01:29:5
1,010,F,7282,EGDY

I want to increase the traffic, is it just a case of changing the time in
00:00:00 - 00:15:00 to say 00:05:00 and doing it in 3/5 min increments?

Copy, paste and change times.
Another method is SImple AI Traffic program.
I use both methods
Don't forget settings to 100%.

Bill Gates would be shocked to find that Ianw's clock is incorrectly
set. I use an automatic clock update. Each time I power on the PC it
adjusts the clock.

You could try a freeware utility called GA Traffic which transforms the
aircraft in your aircraft folder into AI traffic. It does not affect them as
flyable aircaft and you can choose which ones you wish to use.
I cannot remember which of the main websites I got it but the file is
called,
gatraffi.zip

I have found it to be marvellous because I now encounter at strange
airports, some of the weird aircraft I possess, incuding historic ones!
