Ok, I Pretty Much have ALL My System OC. Except for the VideoCard, "only when needed"

Now. I have an Asus A8N-SLi Mobo, and I saw an Option to Overclock the Mhz in the PCI-Express, from 100Mhz and Up? Haven't messed with it tho.. But will it help? or any Idea what It's good for, besides the obvious?

I've got the same board, I did an OC of it to 125MHz and no improvement, I wouldn't bother with it. BTW, that 100MHz is the speed of the card, not the bus speed, so increasing that has nothing to do with the bandwidth of PCI-E being too much anyways, there are 2 seperate PCI-E speeds, Card Speed and Bus Speed, that 100MHz is Card Speed.
