Pls help me my system get hangs

Hello,
my system hangs without any message i have to disconnect the power to shutdown

Get memtest86+ make a bootable from the image and restart the pc with the disc.
Make sure that your boot order is cd first.
If you get any errors then you know that you have a bad stick of ram.
If the ram passes then you might have a temp problem...run an app called cpu-z or something like it that will display all your temps and watch it for anything that goes over 60or70 degrees C....

By the way, you don't have to disconnect the power... hold the power button for 5-10 seconds and the computer will shut off.
