Qtec??? Never heard of them. And be weary, you get what you pay for. (FYI, I bought a $20 550W PSU; it began to dip to 2.9V on a 3.3V line, which caused countless crashes) I honestly would go with a more reputable brand like SeaSonic, OCZ, Antec, or PC Power and Cooling (if you got a lot of cash). I myself have a Thermaltake 480 Watt and its pretty stable.

Ya sry, I edited my reply after I saw your specs, my bad. Still, I do not reccomend a cheap PSU. If possible, try to return the Thermaltake for a refund and as a last resort, get one of the more powerful PSU's from Thermaltake. I've noticed that this is a European site right? Are there any other good sites around so you could maybe get a Seasonic 600W or an OCZ 600W? Or maybe triying looking for one of the Enermax Liberty's.

I have been doing a little bit of research, and from reviews on Newegg.com, a 520 Watt PSU should do just fine for your setup. If you plan to do Crossfire, I may go more, but that's me. I guess here are your choices:

Antec TruePower 550W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Cust [...] 6817103931

Enermax Liberty 620W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Cust [...] 6817194004

Best advice: Dual 12V is good and and make sure you get a PSU with about 20 Amps on the 12V Rails to ensure stability. From the websites you have, there ain't much to choose from. Sorry I couldn't provide any more help.
