My father's old b/w laser printer recently died. His color inkjet
printers are over 3 years old and not working well anymore, and
obviously not worth servicing. He needs high quality color printing
and will be doing quite a bit of it (printing color mailers customized
for each recipient), so a color laser printer makes good sense for his
printing needs. He needs to be able to print 200 envelopes and 200
inserts per print run, so he needs a printer that can take more than
~10 envelopes at a time.
I've been googling, and I'm having no luck finding any info on how
many envelopes will fit in the feeder for most color laser printers,
or if there are any add-on paper trays that will hold more envelopes.
Does anyone here have any resources that answer this question, or any
direct experience with printers like the HP HP Color LaserJet
3500/3550 models?
Is there a website that is "known" for color laserjet reviews?
