new motherboard suggestion

i am sad to say my gigabyte 7vaxp ultra has finally died. i have ddr333 memory and dont wan to have to replace it so i need a new board that will support that. i have an ati radeon 8500dv video card that should work with it as well. it also needs to be atx.

can someone please make a suggestion for a stable motherboard that will work with all these requirements. i have looked out there for other socket 462 boards, but it is a dying breed and guess i will have to replace the mobo and cpu to get going again.

SN45 - i see that the second link takes me to the epox 8krai, however hte first link is a search only showing chaintech refurbs...never heard of that company and would like to stay sway from a refurbs...was there a specific one you were looking at?

ok great...yah, i had pretty much decided on teh nf7 originally but i couldnt find it anywhere that it wasnt a refurb or it came with a processor and i didnt want a combo.

i checked out the 8rda and i see a couple of options, the 8rda6 and 8rda3, any comments on which is better and why, i am not seeing a difference in the specs except for the LAN, is that it?
