CPU overclocking - Wheres the Intel only segment?

I have to agree, but I think they should do away w/ the AMD section all together and have the unified section. Than again, the AMD section was probably set awhile back when OCing Athlon XP's was all the rage.

Yeah... it is sorta shaddy, hah. Even though I run an AMD currently. It would be more equal to either have an unified section, or two separate sections.

For one, there were a lot more Northwood than AthlonXP overclockers from what I remember back in 2004 here.

It has something to do with Usenet newsgroup.

As you can tell, I wasn't on these forums in 2004, so I said it out of pure speculation. But I know what you mean, I enjoyed pushing my P4 2.6c and seeing 1GHz+ FSB .
