Has the GAIT National Roaming Plan been pulled? I still have the plan for 2
years, but it looks like it is not being offered anymore. Is this true?

It depends on the area you are in. I'm assuming it has to do with the
reliability GSM in the area. But yes in some areas you can't get GAIT
anymore. On a side note, and this is a rumor, I've been told that their
might be a "Reverse GAIT" plan. Basically, its the same as GAIT, but it
would allow you to attach things to your plan that currently is only on
a GSM only plan, such as Media Works. The only down side is these
features will not work when you phone reverts to TDMA.

The big thing I need is analog. I think most of the TDMA has gone over to
GSM in most areas, but to roam on analog is a necessithy in some areas like
New England. Fortunately, I had a GAIT plan, but I wanted to add another
number to a GAIT Family Plan, but I cannot find it.

Go by a company store. It's not on the KC MO website anymore, but they still
sell the SE GAIT phone, but not the 6340i. You may still be able to sign up
or add a phone if you ask. I'm switching to Nation GSM Monday because all
three of my 6340i's never worked properly, especially my daughter's. (I did
get all of the software updates, it did not help. Great coverage, bad
technology.)

Yeah, the big problem I have is the phone shuts down every now and then when
going from one system to another. However, I need my analog in norther
Maine.

My wife has the GSM and get very little reception up here. I wonder if it
will change with the merger and the ATT network addition?
