Well, I'm ready for a zillion diverse opinions on new Build.

Hi,

about which CPU to go with and learned alot from the posts. Which makes me hesitant to post this, my somewhat final build specs.
To summarize:
I am NOT a gamer.
I currently am on an Athlon 800 so I am styling no matter what. 15gHDD
I want a cool running system
I want a quiet system
I won't OC
I do alot of surfing, burning, scanning, music, word, outlook.
I know everyone is going to try to talk me out of every single thing I have chosen for one reason or another but oh-well.

I am not sure about:
Case & PSU
HDD How much do AI really need? I like the Seagate but is it to small?
Video card. I am not a gamer but dont like my mobo choices w/ onboard and want quiet so I went w/ the one listed (heatsink).
I am a bit concerned though that it will create more heat than is warrented for quietness and have back ups in mind.
RAM. I want good stuff but do I need the best as listed?

Some advice....post product names rather than NewEgg links. Lots of people would LOVE to give advice on your build (opinions really are like assholes), but no one wants to click a bajillion links to do so.
