When I put my Ipaq 4155 in the cradle it connects to the computer but will
not sync. The computer says it is guest. At the top the of Ipaq in the
ActiveSync page it shows Rons_Pocket_PC and when i pull it out of the cradle
it show that name on the computer under moble device. But as soon as i put
it back in the cradle it thinks it is a guest. How do i fix this so i can
sync?

Take a look at http://www.cewindows.net/faqs/activesync/guest.htm for
suggestions on how to solve the Guest issue.
