Q Fan Control

guys... anyone can explain to me what is the q fan control in the ASUS bios...? mine is A8N32... shld i disable or enable it...?

Q-Fan is ASUS's name for voltage controlling your CPU fan based on CPU temperature, I'd enable it unless you're running a server or a very custom cooling setup.
