A8N-SLI Deluxe/A8N32-SLI Deluxe - What is the diff?

I need a little advice on these boards. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons for these boards? I plan on pairing it up with an X2 4400+. Currently, the A8N32 goes for about &75.00 more than the A8N. Is it worth the extra $?

The A8N32 can use two cards at the full PCIexpress 16X speed' the other A8N can not. You don't need the two 16x slots for any card out now; 8x will be perform just as good.

Thanks. I see in your sig that you have an X-Fi. Is it worth it? I am on the fence right now between on board and the X-Fi.
