what is the best ram,

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Platinum System Memory - Retail
bang for the buck in terms

Timing 2-3-2-5

or the ever popular

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail

Timing 2-3-3-6

just wanted to know if the timings list really matter that much, i have the opteron 170.. and would like to know ... oh i plan on overclocking this beauty to about 2.5 ghz... which i have been doing on kingston value ram... but i will get the good stuff.. to go a scoache higher.... 'wink, wink'..smiles..

so room.. tell me what you think it is the better of the two and have the higher room to overclock and have great stablity.. being i haven't met anybody that has any of the two mention models..

thanks alot..

Go for the cheaper of the two. They're basically the same thing e.g. same IC chips
They both can do 1T 2-3-2-6 @DDR400 using 2.7V and have the same OC headroom.

nice thanks.. i ordered the ocz last night.. should be good for my system..
