Can someone tell me how to set the keyboard repeat rate so
that it doesn't revert to standard every time I restart?

Hi

Have a look in the manual for your motherboard. It should tell you there
how to access the BIOS and change the repeat rate.

In the BIOS?????? How about control panel---keyboard?
