Ok, so now I have found this:

http://www.computerhq.com/Sapphire [...] 69314.html

X800 XT
It's an AGP card... 16 pipes, 256 memory AND chipset, and when I search for it I can consistently find it under 200 dollars.

HOWEVER... it says it's a LITE Box... What does that mean? Does that mean I don't any software or drivers or anything?????

I don't know about that whole LITE BOX part, but if you're that concerned about it, newegg has it for sixty dollars less than the link you posted, and thats for a retail box.

Where? What? AGP? I don't see it...

Lite is kind of like OEM. Lite boxes just have the Drivers CD, manual and the card. As other might have extra software included. Such as games or applications.

In your case. don't worry, it comes with what you need.

Ok...

REGARDLESS - It's a moot point, since I researched and found out this card has a crippled 8 pipe buswidth... terrible.

Yeah it looks like you were confusing the XT with the GT.
Prozac26 is correct it is usually just a plain box with the card and maybee a CD.

That links to the X800 GT, not the X800 XT

The X800 GT has 8 pipelines... 8 less than the XT
