yeah it is the venice one, just found out, emmm... so if it's 1.35v, then is it not a good idea to run it at 1.4 then...? it's been OC'ed to 216 from it's current 200.

The newest revision runs @ 1.35, the older runs @ 1.4. Don't worry about high voltages, as long as you stay @ or below 1.5v, you'll be fine w/o shortening the life of your CPU. If you go over 1.5v, be warned that isn't the safest environment for the CPU. I have an older revision 3700+ @ 1.4v stock, I run 1.435v w/ 235MHz x 11 = 2585MHz @ 27c Idle & 33c Load w/ stock heatsink (you won't get those temps, I have alot of other things I did to get it to run cool like that).

hey madmodmike, what else did you do to get it to run that cool?

lol, okay..I'll share my build secrets with you ;).

First off, I have a Vantec 92mm Tornado 111cfm that is about 1" above my stock heatsink (I mad modded it to stay there, it doesn't move at all ;)). I have 12 80mm 35cfm Fans circulating air on my RAM and Mobo/CPU that are strapped together and mad modded. I have 1 92mm Vantec Tornado 111CFM for exhaust, as well as 2 more Vantec 92mm Tornado 111CFM that are mad modded in my 3.5" bays to blow on my Video Card/Motherboard. I also mad modded a 120mm and 4 80mm to circulate air up from my Video Card and Cables and out my exhaust. I also have a 2nd PSU in my 5.25" bays and 2 80mm fans above that circulating air down to "The Vortex" as I like to call it.

Temps:

Mobo: 25c Idle & 28c Load
CPU: 28c Idle & 33c Load
GPU's (I have SLI): 38c Idle & 48-50c Load

And yet, you AMD guys say that Intels use more power and produce more heat than AMD? Jesus dude, did they have to run triple phase power to your house to run all those fans?

Pretty sad when I have my Pentium D running alot higher clocks and I use only three case fans.

Uhm...I don't run all those fans because it runs hot, I run them because I love to Mod PC's and try and get the best temps on air, and I think I just about got them (I can stab a few more off the CPU temp easily w/ my Thermaltake coming in). If I remove all my fans, the temps are (mind you the GPU's/CPU are overclocked, CPU is @ 2.6GHz and GPU's are 515/1250):

CPU: 33c Idle, 40c Load
Mobo: 28c Idle, 31c Load
SLI: 42c Idle, 55c Load

LOL, yeah and you certainly love to mod the ole power bill too

I run an XG Vortec 600 Watt for my system components and a seperate 500 Watt (Came w/ Case) for the Fans & Cold Cathode Kits. A fellow modder runs a similar setup, but he uses 12 120MM Fans, 30 80mm Fans, and 15 other 80mm Fans for Exhaust, he runs a Thermaltake 680 Watt for system components (Dual AMD Opteron 64 system) and an Antec Tru 550 Watt for fans.
