BIOSTAR 7800 GTX+ BFG 7800 GTX= SLI 7800 GTX???

hey can u take 2 differnt 3rd party manufacturers and and combine them to make a sli setup, like BFG and BIOSTAR? cuz BFG card is 100 more then bio and i dont want to spend the money on that card but want an sli setup. neone no if itll work?

Check the clock speeds on each card. I don't know if it will make a difference, but different clock speeds might raise an issue or two.

As long as they have the same GPU, they can be used together. You cannot use the 7800GTX512 with a 7800GTX 256, but you can use a BFG OC 7800GTX256MB with a eVga7800GTX256MB.
