Seriously if you're just looking to hook a few pc's up, they'll all work fine. Get a dirt cheap 24port for under a hundred bucks and you'll be happy. Avoid netgear, linksys, d-link, as they are overpriced for just basic switches, though some people like the name brand enough to pay a bit more I guess.
you said hub in your post. Or do you mean a switch?
I would get a switch instead of a hub. Faster connections. Hubs only run at half duplex. Switches will run at full duplex.
This one will give you a bit more flexibility if you want/need any management abilities, VLANs can be very usefull. But that Netgear above looks great for a basic one!
