Every time I reboot on one machine I loose the custom desktop icons. I can
get them back by opening desktop properties feigning a theme change,
reselecting my original theme. Why does this happen? I like my special
icons.

Thanks, but that didn't work. Still the only way to get the icons to not be
default but rather my choices is to feign a theme change and then go back to
the current theme. Any other ideas?
