Is the recently released pico really capable of over 95% efficiency?
would it be a good buy to replace an 120W PSu on an old pentium 2 computer for near silent computing?

Hopefully you guys will review fanless PSU's etc. Here's hoping.....

I feel like the efficiency claim is slightly dubious as it is a DC power supply, not an AC one. You would still need a transformer to provide the necessary AC->DC voltage which would also have an efficiency associated with it.
