I wonder if someone could help me - I am confused!

This is Sandras printout:
Chipset 1
Model : ASUSTeK Computer Inc VT8377 Apollo KT400/A/600 CPU to PCI Bridge
Front Side Bus Speed : 2x 133MHz (266MHz data rate)
Total Memory : 1GB DDR-SDRAM
Memory Bus Speed : 2x 166MHz (332MHz data rate)

So, I have FSB slower then memory. I heard sometimes it is better to actually downgrade memory so it is just like FSB

Another thing - this is Athlon 1800. I want to upgrade it, i know I can get Barton up to 3000. Should I rather buy 2600 and OC it? Also, can I change FSB to 333? In bios I have this setting which changes FSB but that will change my processor speed as well and the CPU is already well OC'ed

Thanks and I will be glad to read some ideas from you guys!
