I'm looking to replace a Geforce 5200 with the PNY GeForce 6800 but I can't find the dimensions of it anywhere. Anyone know?

Also it says that the recommended power is 350 watts. But I think the best I'll be able to do is 320 watts. My current system is working great with a 200 watt micro ATX so I wonder if I can get away with it.

Also does any know if a Molex wire is required for this baby.

Thanks

You should check on the side of your PSU how many amps are delivered on the +12V rail. For a 6800GS, you need at least 18. This condition MUST be met. For example, I have a 300W PSU that can only deliver 13Amps on the +12V; therefore, I have to upgrade it before I can consider a video card upgrade. This is very important.

I doubt your 200W PSU would do: eVGA recommends a minimum of 300W, but then again, the most important is the amperage on the +12V rail.

Here are the specs I could find: http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=256-A8-N387-TX&family=17

Thanks for you help

It looks like this power supply may do:
http://www.directron.com/directron/m6400.html
DC Output: +3.3V: 28A; +5V: 40A; +12V: 18A; -12V: 1.0A; -5V: 0.5A; +5V-SB: 2.0A

However, the power connectors worry me a bit:
Power connectors: 1 20+4pin main power connector, 3 IDE connectors, 1 floppy connector, 1 P4 +12V connector, 1 SATA power connector, 1 HPVideo Power connector.

Would the molex dongle work with that?

Thanks again
