New system, please help!

I´m getting a new laptop, and would like a little help with what to go for in graphics.

I was thinking about these chips: GeForce 6600 Go, GeForce 7300, Radeon X700 or Radeon X1600.

I was also wondering what to go with with the CPU/RAM configuration. Thinking about the AMD 64 Turion, or the Pentium M 740 with DDR2?

I´m not looking for the fastest mobile gamer system, just something that´ll play most of the games that are out there right now..

All of those are decent laptop GPUs.

If I had to choose I wouldn't pick the X700 though, it's a bit older. But they're all pretty good.
