3002 to 3060 connectivity issue

Having a problem between a Cisco 3002 and 3060 Concentrator. Any
suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.


The tunnel is establish between the 3002 and the 3060 and able to pass
> data. I can ping and tracert from the 3002 through the 3060 to the
