Hi,

I'm trying to get a Cisco Max VPN client to connect to a corporate
network through a Checkpoint FW-1 v4.1 firewall. I changed the
firewall to allow all traffic from the client to the target network
and back. The client authenticates ok but cannot access the network.
There is a Cisco 1600 router in front of the firewall and it has been
suggested that this should:
Support the TCP protocol
Support the UDP (ISAKMP) protocol for port 500 and 4500 no port
translation
Support the ESP (encapsulated security payload) protocol
and that it should be "vpn-aware" or "vpn-passthough"
I have no idea whether it does this or not.
Any ideas?
