Sound comming in microphone in acer laptop

The external talker sound is coming in my headphone.Even if i touch the laptop body i am hearing the sound in microphone.
please any one help me...

If your mic is plugged into your PC, go into Control Panel, then Audio and Sound Devices, and then select Test Hardware. This will allow you to calibrate the recording volume of your microphone.
