Ok So I am new to modding/casing my computers.

Since I have to buy a POWERSUPPLY anyway, could I fit this computer:

You may be able to do it. Notice your motherboard is Micro-ATX. Make sure the case you purchase supports Micro-ATX. Do some research on that case and see if it supports micro-atx.

Should I be looking for a MICRO ATX power supply for that case if I keep the COMPAQ one???

Main Board Standard ATX / Baby AT / Micro ATX

Micro ATX is just the size of the motherboard. All you have to do is buy a regular ATX power supply. It will work with any form factor that has the letters A-T-X in it.

Since i dont know what the hell I am doing i've pretty much decided against changing the case... just need a power supply.

Someone can destroy this thread, ill ask you a question on the other one!
