HELP! Asrock mobo

Hey i just got the Asrock ULI mobo today, and im ready to install it. Now my question is, does any sata cable work with SATA2? My hard drive I want to install everything on is a Western Digital Caviar 250gb 16mb cache!

I got the Asrock mobo and Antec SLK3000B case, and im looking through the manual and i dont know how to really connect, the manual sucks. Im reading and ok i see were to connect the power LED but the power LED on the case has 3 parts to it and i dont know wich way it supposed to face! second i dont know were the powerswitch goes, i look and the powerswitch on teh case has 2 parts to it and I dont know were it goes.

At least the asus A8V deluxe mobo was easier to understand

please help
