Hello everyone for the last couple of days ive been looking around all over the internet but i cant find how to overclock my cpu. Is there a spesific guide out there or could someone list the steps.

Intel 630 running at 3.0 (want to run at 3.2 or 3.4)
Evga Nvidia 6600 Gt -overclocked 552-1080
Ecs motherboard with Intel 945 chipset
