Hey man. You have been a big help about some things. You sort of "turned the light on" for me so to speak. And I just wanted to let you know and say thanks.

I took out the 2x512mb pair of ram like you said out of my AMD system.
Then I lowered the multiplier to 10x270 and VOILA!

Now it is running at 2.7Ghz!!! Awesome dude. I appreciate it!

I never really thought about lowering the multiplier and raising the FSB. I always tried to keep the multiplier maxed out. Too bad I can't adjust the multiplier on my PD805, perhaps I could get a stable 4Ghz OC then. I still say 3.73Ghz is a very nice OC though, and I am satisfied with it :)

I had to raise my DRAM to 3.00V (max setting), and my VCore to 1.5V (max also), and my HTVoltage to 1.25V (max as well)

But I ran some prime benches and it is stable so far! Going to run a torture test to check temps and stability for sure. I may get a liquidcooler for this system as well, however maybe I don't really need it. At idle temps are CPU 36c/MB 38c

News Flash:

Prime 95 Torture Test has failed within seconds at 2.7Ghz though windows has not crashed. To have the ultimate stability I have lowered my FSB to 260x10 for now. Prime 95 TT now running for 15mins. :)

Better for me to have confident stability than to have pseudo-stable higher OC. After all I am monitoring so many important documents, like my girlfriends emails and all :)
