I need to replace a GA-8PE667 ULTRA 2

My MOBO died and I need to replace it (GA-8PE667 ULTRA 2 ).
I can't find the same board, so I wonder if anyone knows what replaced it from Gigabyte, or if there is a comperable one from another mfgr.

you dont need to replace it just get another board with the same socket, RAM type, hard drive interface, and video card interface.

another Ultra 2? I've looked and can't find one. Perhaps I'm misunderstandning....
