What do we need? Help me, world!

I am hoping to be starting a website in the near future. It will be my second or third site, I would say I am experienced. I am also looking to pour all of my life force into an undertaking such as this, because I am confined to my house for the next week or so. I just had minor surgery on my right arm, and it is useless, apart from typing and basically nothign else.

I need to start a site, and I want it to get big, and I want it to be different than what's out there. More than anything, I want to START SOMETHING. I have GBs upon GBs of webspace that I need to use, and I need your help. All of you.

Tell me world, what do you want? What do you need? What do you want to see that you don't see? I want to move minds and traverse valleys, and I need you all to help.

My experience is with computer hardware (decently extensive,) software, minimal programming, little mountain-biking experience, A/V experience, web-design, and a few other useless skills. I want to start a movement.

(No, I am not on anything at the moment, and entirely sober.)

If you want to get lots of hits.
You could use something similar with reviews perhaps.
Inform people somehow.
Maybe have a links section to lots of new news.
Then let people vote/comment on the news like Diggs/Fark.
Have a forum where people can ask things.
Then find people with too much time or too large a heart who are willing to answer for free.
