hi

when i play games my screen freezes always , its started when i putted a second 6600gt in my pc
i put coolers on them i even bought a new pc case for better airflow,

my configuration is
amd 3700+ s939 san diego
M.S.I. K8N sli with Nforce 4 chipset
1,5 gig ddr ram pc 3200 400mhz
hard disk maxtor 160 gb s-ata
power supply antec treu power 550 watt

does anyone know what could be the problem

It could be due to CPU temprature. If the PC crashes only under heavy load ie games then you need to check the temprature of thE CPU near the time of the crash. BOIS usually has a fucntion that shows you CP temp. As soon as the PC crashes just reboot and go into BOIS and check you temp. If its too high then thats your problem. You may want to reseat the heatsink.

well i let a friend who works in a pc company check my computer , and he said that maxtor isn't compatible with the Nforce 4 chipset,

but thx anyway

It could be the ram, you have 1.5 Gb of it. Are you mixing your ram? or do you have three ram? If so try using just the two or set the clock to 2T.
I don't think it's a heat problem, unless you have poor cooling and ventilation on your case. Hard drive as your friend said could be a problem, but less likely. Well then you should check to see if your hd have errors as well as the rams.
